Interim Steering Group 2023
SDG Network Scotland is currently operating below the level many have come to expect recently. However, a provisional steering group is working to revitalise our activities. As a group, we firmly believe that our network can play a vital role in forging a sustainable future, both locally and globally.
We want to remind you that the SDG Network Scotland remains an open and welcoming space. We invite you to join our forum and contribute to the conversation. Your ideas, your insights, and your experiences can make a real difference to SDG Network Scotland's collective pursuit of the SDGs.
The current Interim Steering Group includes some members of the elected Steering Group 2020-22 and additional faces who are committed to the next chapter of SDG Network Scotland. This includes:
- Catherine Gee - Keep Scotland Beautiful (Interim Chair)
- Frances Guy - Scotland's International Development Alliance
- Rehema White - Personal capacity
- Alison Hosie - Scottish Human Rights Commission
- Lewis Ryder-Jones - Oxfam Scotland (co-opted)
- Tracy Morse - Strathclyde University (co-opted)
The network is an independent coalition and the coalition's website is currently hosted in-kind by SCVO while the Interim Steering Group looks to get SDG Network Scotland active again in 2023.
Please continue to watch this space for updates and developments in the near future, and do join the forum.
